Customer Care opening hours:
Monday to Thursday: 10:00–16:00 CET/CEST
Friday: 10:00–15:30 CET/CEST
Our Customer Care team is not available during the following Danish holidays: New Year’s Day, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Ascension Day and the day after, Whit Monday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Second Day of Christmas.
